Alesco works with institutional clients in two ways: as an investment consultant, and/or as a discretionary investment manager. In both roles, we help organizations develop an investment policy and a strategic asset allocation plan designed to meet their investment objectives. Our work with our clients is collaborative, and focuses on building portfolios through an optimal risk-adjusted return profile tailored to each client’s specific needs.
We work on behalf of our clients without conflict. Alesco is an independent, 100% fee-based company. We do not offer proprietary investment products, we do not participate in soft dollar trading relationships, and we do not receive compensation from any of the managers with whom we work. Accordingly, we are in a position to provide our clients with unbiased advice that is truly in their organization’s best long-term interest.
